On Wednesday, November 9th, VillageCare celebrated its 13th Annual Legends of the Village Gala at Bridgewaters. The event raised more than $150,000 for VillageCare's programs that serve the elderly and people living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic diseases in the New York City area.
We were delighted to honor Don Rapaport and Jay Vogel of The Camps Group and Paul Staubi of The Difference Card with the Village Business Legends Award; Lynne P. Brown, Senior Vice President for University Relations and Public Affairs of New York University, with the Distinguished Service Award; and Len McNally, Program Director, Health and People with Special Needs, of The New York Community Trust, with the Lenore Zola Award.
