VillageCare’s Short-Stay Rehabilitation Program has a demonstrated ability to get more people back home more quickly, and better. With a Medicaid Assisted Living Program for seniors and with New York’s premiere nursing facility for persons living with HIV/AIDS, VillageCare is a leader in innovative, patient-centered care. This will be even more evident this fall when the groundbreaking services of the new VillageCare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center become available in the fall of 2010.
