VillageCare offers at-home and community-based services, as well as managed long-term care options that seek to match each individual’s needs to help them attain and maintain the greatest level of independent living possible. Core values that guide VillageCare are respect for those who come to the organization for help, and responsiveness to their needs. As those needs change, VillageCare helps individuals to move seamlessly into the appropriate care or setting, receiving the right level and intensity of care that is best for them.

VillageCare is a community-based, not-for-profit organization serving people with chronic care needs, as well as seniors and individuals in need of continuing care and managed care services.

Our mission is to promote healing, better health and well-being to the fullest extent possible. Our care is offered through a comprehensive array of community and residential programs, as well as managed care. VillageCare has delivered quality health care services to individuals residing within New York City for over 45 years.
