VillageCare Adult Day Health Care Program
Day and Evening services for people who living with or are at risk of HIV/AIDS ages 18 and up, and eligible for Medicaid.
VillageCare Adult Day Health Care is a wellness program that provides services to a diverse community, representing a broad range of ages, ethnicities, races, sexual orientations and gender identities.
Our professional staff takes an interdisciplinary approach to develop an individualized plan of care for each client.
Our center has extended weekday hours and is open on weekends and is available in two daily sessions. We also provide meals and MetroCards for all eligible members.
Our services are for Medicaid-eligible persons. Applicants for the VillageCare Adult Day Health Care Program must be at least 18, live in the metropolitan area.

* All counseling services are available in spanish
Vocational training includes cooking, fitness and digital media.
