46 & Ten is a vibrant, congenial, established community offering safety and security in an environment where you will find companions and activities that will enhance your lifestyle. At 46 & Ten a Registered Nurse will complete a nursing assessment and develop a personalized Plan of Care with you to ensure that your needs are met.

Our 24-hour concierge and security service, which oversees the building at all times.  Wellness Staff assists residents with arrangements for transportation and medical appointments. 
We also provide a Personal Emergency Call/Response System in each apartment that is monitored 24/7 by our staff.

Full visitation is allowed at VillageCare at 46 & Ten. Please know that we have developed a comprehensive visitation plan that ensures the safety of our residents, visitors and staff and is compliant with regulations.

Our facility complies with current local and CDC health guidelines.
